Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing time includes product preparation, quality checks, and packing. This does not include shipping transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

  • Taiwan

Shipping to additional regions may be added in the future.

Delivery time varies by destination and does not include processing time.

  • Taiwan:~3-6 business days

Print-on-Demand Products
Delivery times vary by destination and do not include order fulfillment/processing time.
These include products like t-shirts, tote bags, and other print-on-demand items.

  • United Kingdom: ~3–7 business days
  • Europe (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands): ~5–20 business days
  • United States: ~3–12 business days
  • Canada: ~3–14 business days
    (Some regions, such as the Atlantic provinces, may take up to 12 business days for DDP shipments after fulfillment.)

Please note:

  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and seasonal delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Destination country
  • Total order weight

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment. We do not offer free shipping thresholds at this time.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection. Import duties, taxes, or additional fees are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • These charges (if applied) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

Customers located in the UK will not incur customs charges.


6. Tracking Information

All orders, whether shipped within the UK or internationally, are shipped with a Royal Mail tracking number. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs if packages are returned due to address issues.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will assist you in submitting a claim with the carrier.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

9.1 Food Products (Seasoning Powders & Tea Bags)

  • Opened items cannot be returned.
  • Unopened items may be returned if defective or damaged.

9.2 Digital Products (Downloadable Coloring Books)

  • Once downloaded, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

9.3 Print-on-Demand Products

  • May be returned if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return and receive a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.
  • Exchanges are not accepted.

9.4 Order Cancellations

  • Contact us as soon as possible at chiuss@chiustyle.com to cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
